III. Your package expedition
Packages are usually sent in 2 from receiving payment confirmation and are shipped through UPS with order tracking and no signature delivery. If you preffere delivery with mandatory signature upon arrival, additional costs will be applied, so please contact us prior to choosing this option. For any shipping option, you will have a link for online tracking your package.
The shipping cost includes processing and packaging, as well as postal fees. The processing cost is flat, while the transport may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group distinct orders placed separately, so there will be a delivery cost for each one. The risks regarding delivery fall under your responsibility, but we do take special measures to protect fragile items.
The boxes are generously sized and your items well protected.
